login to My Account, go to Subscription & Add-on page and see if you see the new plan scheduled there , if so, there will be a button to cancel the change

but likely it is too early to see the scheduled change showing there. In this case, you will need to ask PM to help. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

it's not a bad plan to have if you frequently go to Mexico or us OR if you go to Mexico during the winter months for a few weeks or more. If you don't go to us frequently, PM offers a 15 Day us Roaming add-on for about $15, so you won't need the new plan for $35 every month just for occasional trips to the border states.
