      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a Pub Mobile account in past, I think it lapsed and I'm trying to reactivate that account.&amp;nbsp; The website makes me to pay by credit card, but I want to pay by debit or voucher card.&amp;nbsp; I'm supposed to be able to do this.&amp;nbsp; Can you help me do this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You need a Cdn Visa or Mastercard for successful activation. After activation, you can disable autopay, then pay with vouchers in the future. Alternative, you can get a pre-paid Visa / MC and use that for activation too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
