    <description>&lt;P&gt;Almost all plans have Canada wide minutes, so there is no roaming charges .&amp;nbsp; And $29 plans come with Canada wide minutes, so no roaming (and Data is always Canada wide)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Only small number of plans from 3 or 4 years ago have provincial only minutes)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have $29 per month plan, 20 gb. I am based in montreal. If I travel to Victoria BC and use my phone to call and receive call. Will I be charged roaming fee since I'm outside of my hometown montreal?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Public mobile is pre paid service and you. An only use what you have paid for so you will never have a surprise bill . But that plan will work anywheres in Canada that you have no worries&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It is my understanding that there are some plans meant only to be used in Montreal.
