topic Watsup in Get Support

My upper sensor doesn’t work, I contacted many companies, they all told me to install a test app and after I installed it and finished the test I founded out that my upper sensor was defective. Also when recording a WhatsApp voice message it stops after 2 seconds. I contacted Whatsapp, they gave me detailed instructions, I followed them exactly in the correct way and nothing changed they then told me that it was a problem in the phone. When I heard that news I was really disappointed with the service, because having a phone with many main problems isn't the best experience. In conclusion for all my problems I contacted many companies they all said it’s a built-in phone defect.
And by the way I work in medical field so having a phone with a broken sensor earpiece isn't the best condition. Due to my job I can't stay without a phone
Please assess

What is 'upper sensor'????

If you have an issue with your phone it has nothing do to with PM service. PM provides calls/sms/data service and not support for any kind of 3rd apps.

@Lio1

you must mean the ear-piece end of the cellphone is defective ?? If so, that's not a Public Mobile issue...you may end up having to get a new cellphone. Before you do, try your Public Mobile sim in a different cellphone...maybe a buddy will loan you his/hers to test. (If you use esim...forget that suggestion)

Follow-up question...does this occur whenever you get a call or just when you get a call on WhatsApp ?

You could download the free voip app such as Line which also uses wifi or data for calls and texts...similar functionality as WhatsApp.

Here's a link to Line.com...https://www.line.me/en/
