Hi,

I have esim initially, then asked to transfer my freedom mobile number, now it’s fully transferred I want to have just my freedom mobile number not with esim

You want a PM physical sim? If you do, buy one from Telus or Koodo or Mobile Klink or Amazon and login My Account -> Profile and update sim card number

@Swayne When you transferred your freedom number to Public Mobile, it will remain on esim since your Public Mobile line is on eSIM. If you wish to transfer your PM service to physical sim, you must purchase one and make the change from your account.

you can disable your Freedom eSIM and enable your PM's
