      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/387180"&gt;@Lio1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sound like an APN issue.&amp;nbsp; First try Reset Network settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if it still does not work, you will need to update the APN.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Umidigi is a phone that is a bit hard to get the APN right.&amp;nbsp; So, try this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Navigate to the Settings menu. Once you are there, go to Network and Internet and Mobile Network .       <description>&lt;P&gt;There are mistakes in your entered APN settings.&amp;nbsp; First off, it's supposed to be sp.mb.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(your screenshot shows SO.MB.COM)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, in most cases, that setting should be in lower cases letters.&amp;nbsp; There are some models that require that setting to be in upper case letters, but that isn't the norm.&amp;nbsp; For the MMS settings, there shouldn't be any password for that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
