If you recently subscribe for a plan on PM and had issues. You will need the assistance of a CS_Agent to receive a refund or to determine the issue.

We can try to help you if you can describe your problem. Did you just ported your number over to PM? Did you reply to the text from your previous carrier confirming you are porting your number?
