      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/561900"&gt;@sandy071&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the good news is galaxy flip 4 will work for sure, so no worries&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it is only an issue with the sim card setup.&amp;nbsp; Try reboot the phone and then Reset network settings from&amp;nbsp;Settings -&amp;gt; General management -&amp;gt; Reset&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if same, you will need to message PM support and ask them to check the system side setup&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
