      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am currently not able to dial out or receive incoming calls.&amp;nbsp; Why is that? And, my payment for the month of June was not processed on my Visa card!&amp;nbsp; How do I restore my calls and make payment of $32. for the month of June?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

After paying for the plan, service will resume.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you get to Shell gas, London Drugs or even Walmart...you can buy Public Mobile payment vouchers...then dial 611 from your cell to add them to your account and Resume service. Then you can deal with updating your payment card later.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
