I initially ported my Fido number over to get the $36 Canada/US/Mexico plan, but noticed there was a $35 plan which was basically the same and switched over to that one; right after porting over on the same day. Now I see that I was charged twice.

What do I do? Do I have to pay both fees?

Technically, they are valid. Public Mobile does not do refunds. On changing plans, there is a warning message just prior advising to change oh renewal, as appoose to changing now.

But, being new to Public Mobile it would make sense that you might not of understood. So with that you can ask them and explain and see what they say.

Use the chatbot to create a ticket and ask.
