How do I request an official credit reference letter from public mobile? The letter should include the following:

- A minimum of one year’s credit history.

- The company’s internal credit scoring or a statement confirming that the account has been in good standing with no missed or late payments for 12 consecutive months

@DNizer ooh, wrong company. Public Mobile will not do that. They don't do credit check or verify the information customers provide at activation.

Any random name or address can be provided. Nothing is verified so they will not complete a reference letter for you.
