      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did this get removed at some point? I just tried to activate and there's no QR code in the email and the app is failing to install the eSIM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;yes, they won't reply until tomorrow&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it's good you have a spare pSIM, make sure it is new and never used.&amp;nbsp; If PM comes back and say you need to change to pSIM, then you can provide them the sim card number and the can process it right a way&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
