      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've done that before typing my message on here. How long is this gonna be fixed? This can't be happening not right now... It's been 2 days and I can't make some important calls or receive important calls.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some people can lose their job for this. If your service is restored by 12 AM EST (latest, should be earlier) you will receive a communication. If not, it may be a different issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is from 15 mins ago&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;If you have no service because you are an impacted VoLTE enabled phone customer, you should have service very shortly, which would mean everything (including call forwarding) should be working.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They should have agents working extended hours to make sure everybody who is impacted has service again.
