      <description>&lt;P&gt;My dad no longer needs his phone plan. We are unable to find his phone to receive the EverSafe confirmation code to access his account to cancel his subscription. I have POA and have his user name and password but without the confirmation code that is sent to his cell number I don't know what to do. Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
