      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd like to cancel my plan. I transferred my phone number to rogers, and now I want to cancel my public mobile plan. I don't have the payments tab or the unsubscribe button anymore.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I proceed? Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/559359"&gt;@Lindseyinspace&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you don't have to do anything to cancel your PM account if you are porting out your number.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;In fact if you cancel PM account before port is done, port would not work&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when number is successfully ported to Rogers, your PM account would be closed as part of the process.&amp;nbsp; So, just wait for the port to complete&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

However, if you try to log in and can no longer log in, then the account is closed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am still able to login to my account, but there's no account details in there. Does that mean the process has completed or is still in progress?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;By the way, I am so sad to leave public mobile, you guys are way better than rogers.
