@canadian_moose You should see the one time credit with in 72 hours after activation, if it’s been more then 3 days and no money in your accounts available funds just message support to ensure the code was entered correctly

you can use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen or send a private message To CS_Agent

The first $10 should have been on your account within 72 hours. The other $15 can take up to 45 days. Most of us are still waiting for it.

But from what we know, the $10 regular credit should show up in My Account within 72 days

the extra $15 should show up within a week or two

From the posting, the regular $10 refer a friend code will show up within 72 hours.

For the bonus $15 that can take up to an additional 4 days to be posted to your account as Available Funds.

I would say check around mid July.
