Even their apps have cache issues. With that being said, here are some options to resolve it. Or at least attempt to...

Android Phone - Go into the Apps, find the PM app and clear the cache first, then clear the data. Then reboot the phone and log back in and try again.

iPhone - Delete the app, reboot phone, download the app again and log in and try again.

PC - Go into your browser settings, find Cache and clear the history of it. Then restart your entire browser, don't leave any windows open, then start it back up, go into Incognito mode and log in and try again.

These options usually clear the issues. It's best to wait at least 1 full and complete hour after trying the very last time you did.

There pretty good considering.

I know lots of people are with Freedom and I see some talk about Lucky Mobile.

I personally have never had any issues whatsoever updating cc# or adding Vouchers. Always worked first time like a charm.

Have you tried 611 or 1855 4public from another phone?

In both cases I heard back in under an hour and after a few messages going back and forth my problems were resolved. Have you tried creating a ticket?

Please use this link to the Public Mobile Chat Bot which will direct you to creating a trackable ticket.

https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html?lang=en

A Customer Service Agent will reply to your community inbox here:

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage

During business hours (9 AM-10 PM EST) you can expect a response within 30 minutes, but it may be longer depending on current volumes.

There 2 I can recommend pc mobile has a call center that connects you to an agent in less then 5 min. Have not used them in a few years but it's nice being able to talk to someone when you need help instead of wanting hours for a response to a ticket here.

Fizz mobile. Doesn't have a call center but response within minutes to any live chat
