      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a older plan ( $ 25.00 a month plus tax )&amp;nbsp; and I thought I had 2 tiers of data on that plan&amp;nbsp; but I just looked at my profile and it says I have just&amp;nbsp; 1 gb&amp;nbsp; and I am over my data usages all ready and I have to go till July 23 . Does anyone know or have their original prices list from maybe say 6 years ago&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;why your next renewal is July 23?&amp;nbsp; today is Jun 23, if July 23 is your next renewal, your plan was renewed earlier today&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;login My Account again using Incognito mode and check the last payment date (renewal date) and check the usage there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also, make sure your phone does not have a mobile data limit set.&amp;nbsp; If you had one, disable it&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This won't help for this payment cycle but there better plans that MAY be available to you if you into your account. There a $29 20gig , $25 5gig and a few other cheaper ones that could be available but you may not be able to downgrade your price you pay now. But since plans are targeted to each person you will need to check what available.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;if you have a $25 plan, it is a 1GB plan.&amp;nbsp; if you still have bonus data from Christmas give-a-way many years ago, the system would use those bonus data.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if they are all used up, you can buy data add-on , but it has a 30 days expiry and it is expensive.&amp;nbsp; You can ask PM to help to renewal your plan early today.&amp;nbsp; Or if 1GB is no longer sufficient for you, you can use Change Now to make a plan change to another plan that you like&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Click on it, then next page, Change Subscription. Don't worry, it won't change unless you pick something and change it. There may be two options within the $25 range. See if you can go down to the $23 6GB plan. Some have said they have been able to downgrade to it. The next step up is $30 Can US plan with 20GB of data. I know it's way more than you need however, it gives you more flexibility. Check out what options you're given. And you can choose the NOW option however you will lose any money you've already paid for the last month and will start new. At least you'll have data and maybe a better plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
