      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm using a new.phone. My friend's public sim card have VoLTE available in my phone, but mine doesn't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;New sim tried, not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was suggested asked cs help to reset, but tech team just simply said my phone is working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's crazy confusing how tech team draw that conclusion especially with the fact both two of my friends' public mobile sim card have VoLTE working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do we have any idea hiw to looking for help on it that can have someone really check how to solve it？&lt;/P&gt;</description>
