      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is no need for any url to activate data on your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is one of the icons with arrows up/down when you pull from the top of the screen (Android) or in a settings - Networks...&lt;BR /&gt;And you have to be connected to cell tower (to have mobile service) in order for data to work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
