Are you able to log in? If so, here is where you change it.

To change EverSafe phone number or email.

If you're unable to log in because you no longer have the email address, contact a CS Agent to assist.

Please note the the login email is just an ID login and it doesn’t matter if it is active or not. Just as long as the password is correct. You should be able to login with the old email ID.

If you still to change your email in your account for emails information from PM. Just login to your account then to Account tab>Manage Login (Secure by EverSafe)>click on pencil icon and change Email address.
