      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm out of data and I need more so I bought a voucher for the amount ofy plan and need to renew it but it won't let me and my plan only end in a few weeks but I'd like to renew it now what are my options other then having to submit a ticket.?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If there is something within a few dollars, you can just change to that plan. Just know you won't be able to go back to the old plan. Might be much easier that way.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can just log in to your account using the app, scroll down to Manage Subscription and tap, then tap Change Subscription to see which plan are available to you currently. If you see something you want, you can opt for either &lt;STRONG&gt;Change on Renewal&lt;/STRONG&gt; OR &lt;STRONG&gt;Change plan&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Now&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Best is to &lt;STRONG&gt;Change on Renewal&lt;/STRONG&gt; as you won't pay until renewal data.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
