      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey Community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently changed my old $15 plan to new $15 plan and paid on June 15, my rewards points of 0.75 not credited yet, I sent a private message to CS agent regarding this matter, the CS wanted following information to authenticate. Is this normal?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* Your full name&lt;BR /&gt;*address with postal code&lt;BR /&gt;*the last 4 digits of the Credit Card registered on the account&lt;BR /&gt;*rate plan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*SIM card number (19 digits)&lt;BR /&gt;*email address&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Agent will ask you to provide from 2 to many more personal info to confirm you are who you are claiming to be.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In case somebody got hold of your log in credentials and tries to screw up your account... Some people have password manager (from browser) for faster log in and if computer gets into wrong hands... good luck then...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NEVER use browser's 'password manager'.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So login to your account and see when your current plan will be renewed for July.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
