Go to Account,&amp;nbsp; purchase SIM card, Purchase eSIM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you had eSIM prior, the new one should be free. This way you keep your phone number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try click Didn't receive code and then use Send email option to let the code send to email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you still cannot login, ask PM to help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. THE 2FA code will try to send via SMS , that is where you click Didnt receive code and then Send email&amp;nbsp; (or you can choose Send Voice Message, then call yiurfr from another phone and check e voice mail to get the 2FA)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can login, go to Account -&amp;gt;Puchase Sim card and then choose esim to buy&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
