      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i subscribed this afternoon. My phone number appears to be working for incoming and outgoing calls but I can’t send or receive messages.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You could also turn on and off airplane mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Resetting networks settings is also an option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If using Google Messages,&amp;nbsp; you could uninstall reatart your phone and install again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still not working use the chatbotbto create a ticket for agents to do a system refresh.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
