    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/559708"&gt;@Gw7&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just want you to be aware, the email you used to login to Public Mobile is just a login, you can still use it to login Public Mobile even you lost access to your email mailbox.&amp;nbsp; it will work as long as you can receive 2FA text on your phone.&amp;nbsp; So, if you have not tried it yet, try to login using the same email address and password&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you can login, all you need to do to change the login email address is to go to Profile-&amp;gt; Mange EverSafe ID and then update the email address (or on the app, go to Account-&amp;gt; Manage Login Powered by EverSafe)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve been with public mobile for several months, the email which I registered with have been compromised and I no longer have access to it. I cannot login and when I try with my phone number it say it’s not associated. I’m looking to gain access to ultimately update my Information&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
