      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/536088"&gt;@RZH&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, what area of the country are you located?&amp;nbsp; Are your phones current and working with VoLTE?&amp;nbsp; Generally, the Telus network is far superior to Freedom.&amp;nbsp; I came over to this service because I could not handle the poor reception and I have not had any such issues here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/536088"&gt;@RZH&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;What phones are you using and how long ago did you switch? Have you tried resetting your network manually? This will erase any saved wifi passwords, but might be well worth it. If you still have issue after that, you can individually try to have PM do a network refresh on the back end for you. You can start the conversation using the orange chat bubble on the bottom right.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I switched to Public Mobile &lt;STRONG&gt;from&lt;/STRONG&gt; Freedom nine months ago for the same reasons as you — poor reception for my iPhone in my part of BC&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Freedom worked great in Portugal but lousy on the Sunshine Coast whereas Public Mobile has been outstanding thanks to the Telus network&lt;/P&gt;</description>
