I have reached out to support, and Mary is currently trying to help me.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to activate a new plan, but I can not complete it. I seem to be stuck. It is sending a code to my old number that I had here a couple of years ago when attempting to sign into my account, but I no longer have it. How can I complete the activation of my eSIM?
