Need a cheap plan for one day to port out

My plan expired today, but I want to port my number out and want to spend less than $30 to do so.

Are there any options? I should be able to choose a cheaper plan than $30.

Hey @UMM1

If you have the app on your phone, go into subscriptions and see what the lowest plan is and switch to that. Sadly that's the only real option.

Can't even do that, as I can't receive the 2FA... at least I'm logged in in my web browser though.

$30 as a minimum plan for captive users is really quite lousy.

If the option isn't there to send to your email, you can ask a CS Agent to fix that part.
