      <description>&lt;P&gt;As long as he has been making the payments to keep the account active for the time he has been away yes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He would simply purchase a new PM sim card from a Telus or Koodo store or from Amazon and sign into his account to change the SIM card number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If he doesn't know how to change the number then he can ask an agent to do that for him.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
