Anyone received their $15 Referral Credit yet?

Just wondering if anyone referred a new subscriber during the May 12-19 period (where the extra bill credit and extra referral bonus were offered) AND has received their $15 (one time) credit yet.

The fine print said it could take up to 45 days, and its only been 30, so yes... I'm impatient, and jumping the gun, but I also want to ensure that I haven't missed out if anyone else has already seen this come back to them

last time someone posted the same question, the CS agent said it will be added within couple days, so it shouldn't be 30 days that long

I think you should ask PM support, just to confirm they didn't miss it

I too received two during that promo and two during this last promo. I have yet to receive mine as well but like you said, up to 45 days. I am of course watching and making sure Public Mobile does the right thing.

To add to this, I currently have a ticket in because when these two arrived during the promo, it was dated for two days after the promo which I found odd. This last promo we had, it was the same thing. Right now, when I log into my account, it states I have two referrals as of July 13th 2025. Those came up before June 10th. I waited 5 days without a response to the trackable ticket and replied back. They are apparently still looking into it.

Keep an eye on your account to make sure you get it.

EDIT: Side note, what happen to the "Chick Ching" texts we use to get? 14 referrals since November of last year and not one "Chick Ching" text. Anyone else not getting them?

@Chalupa_Batman - Regarding the Cha-ching texts, I have 4 or 5 referral since October 2024 and only 2 of this came with the text. As long as we get the reward itself, the text isn't that important to me. On the bonus referral mini program, I know that as the referrer, you can only get 1 x $15 credit, (not sure if that is Per program or not) but if you have 2 per program, 1 of them is bound to work!

@hTideGnow thanks for the info. I have marked my calendar for July 1 which would be day 45 lol (also Canada day, but that was already on there)

I got mine today! At least I think it's from the first round of credits. I'm expecting it now from the 2nd round and now the 3rd round. Ha.

Well that sucks for me then. No credit showing. 😞

and I actually can’t ask the person if they stayed with PM, because I don’t know which one of the 14 softball players it was. Hard to believe they would leave within 30 days of joining though. I’ll bravo your post for alerting me to the update, but it’s a reluctant bravo cause I’m actually bummed. lol
