      <title>No signal on my device after port</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently got a new sim and ported my old number over to Public mobile. Even though the port appears to have been successful, there is no service on my new sim. I have tried restarting, changing network type, manually search for service,nothing works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My husband and I ported our numbers over on the same day, but he's not experiencing this issue. My device is a Tecno Pova 2, running Android 11.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If physical sim can you try your sim card in his phone to test ? This will help to determine if its device issue or account issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
