      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/559104"&gt;@O589&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;add leading zeros to make it 13 digits&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After it is activated, check your Virgin sim and it should send you a text for your approval to port&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you wait 2 hours and still not hot the text from Virgin, call PM porting team . I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox. Please check and call them&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
