    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I've tried for 24 hours, and from two different devices, to download my usage history.&amp;nbsp; The download button is not working.&amp;nbsp; Please help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also agree with others that accessing a longer usage history would be highly desirable.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I just tried to download my statements without a problem. Public Mobiles website is known to have cache issues. If not, trying signing into your account through a web browser to see if you can download your usage history there. I just tried on my computer and was able to download.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Not sure why you cannot&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ask PM support to send you the usage history.&amp;nbsp; But yes, it can only be 90 days&amp;nbsp; unless you can provide them a valid reason like court order or a formal request from Police&lt;/P&gt;</description>
