      <description>&lt;P&gt;Been trying to port my number out with pm to my new carrier the sgrng deleted the esim so now I am unable to get request can some on manually appve the request pls&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you still have the PM app on your phone, open it, sign in and go purchase an eSIM. Don't worry, it will be $5 but when you get to the checkout, it will be free. Reinstall the eSIM and get your PM services back. Then contact your other provider and ask them to try the port request again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
