      <title>Is there an outage?!?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Myself and many of my friends and Tamil have had no cell service (cannot call in or out) since early this morning, and I haven’t been able to find any information of an outage! Anyone know what’s going on with the network? It appears that we have 3 bars of service (sometimes SOS or No Service will appear) but we are unable to make or receive calls.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
