had old google pixel 4a and public mobile. things worked great. got a new phone (samsung 23), switched over sim card. my public mobile data worked! it worked for a few days. now it doesn't. when i leave the house, phone is basically a brick. even tough it doesn't work it does say "public mobile" on top left of phone. any ideas?

If that doesn't work, go into your settings, find Network Settings and refresh them and reboot the phone. This should fix the issue.

hi @bob_smith69 voice calls work? just not data?

first, reboot phone and then Reset Network Settings

and also, check and disable Data Limit on your phone, it could be that device limit setting blocked your data access

Also, if possible, test the sim on the old phone to confirm it was just a devise issue and not account related
