The first time 2FA on SMS is needed. After first time , you can click Didnt receive code and choose Send email to get code

So, if you have not completed first time 2fa on SMS , take the sim from the camera and put it in the phone first to complete that first time

hi @Chalupa_Batman

I think @slusagm was correct, there is a phone verification for all accounts, PM has to be able to send 2FA via SMS once before the option. Send email and Send voicemail appears. If the first time verification via text was not completed, there was nothing CS agent can help. I talked to CS agent once for the same issue and agent told me that

@Dumart it could be more work to take the sim out and put it in a phone, but this is a quicker way to resolve the issue
