    <description>&lt;P&gt;Today was the due date to pay for my phone bill however there was some issue with my credit card so I updated my account with the new credit card. Even after updating my account who's the new credit card my phone line isn't working and I don't think the payment was taken by public mobile. Please kindly help and let me know how I can get my phone to work again as this is my business line.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try login My Account using incognito mode and try paying again&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that fails, you might need to buy voucher from Shoppers Drug Mart or London Drugs and then load the voucher using My Account or*611&lt;/P&gt;</description>
