      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My credit card has expired for my account and i have lost my service on my phone.&amp;nbsp; Tried logging into my public mobile app and they say go to payments to update credit card information.&amp;nbsp; However there is no option there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only option is resume activation when i click nothing happens and it just times out and brings you back to the logon page.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried clearing the cache in my browser and incognito mode still nothing.&amp;nbsp; Downloaded the app and logged in on my mobile and there is no option only to setup a new plan.&amp;nbsp; Also tried different browsers.&amp;nbsp; Is there something wrong with the site?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated as i need my phone work ASAP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reg&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reg&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sometimes you have to wait a day or couple days to try again to work&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you cannot wait to resume service, but a voucher from Shoppers Drug or London Drugs and load the voucher to resume service&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can try making a manual payment through *611 but if it does not allow you then the voucher is the only way to go.
