      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you submitted port request for landline, it will take as many as 3 to 7 days and you won't be able to login My Account until the port is donewhat are you trying to check? You need to ask PM directly for now&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.
