    <description>&lt;P&gt;I ported my number from Rogers yesterday but I didn't have my old SIM card in &amp;amp; didn't accept the initial text from PM to accept. I spoke with Rogers and they said that PM needs to resend the text for the port to be completed. I borrowed an iPad so I have my old SIM in there now so I can receive the text.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Best way is to open a ticket through chatbot and ask agent to initiate porting request again.&lt;BR /&gt;Both accounts have to be active and in good standing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
