If so, shut down that other cellphone, insert the PM SIM card and start the phone up. That usually reprovions it. I had that problem with some Samsung phones a while back. Just stuck it in the other phone and BINGO! Then if you get service, you just turn off your phone, put it back in and start it up again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
