My text message delayed by 10 to 30 minutes, both sending and receiving. But MMS works properly.

Go into your Settings, find Network Settings and reset them and reboot your phone. See if that helps.

If you are using Android, clear cache

And if still same, I would go as far as uninstall and reinstall the messaging app, which likely is Google Message
