How do I activate a SIM and get a phone number on a very simple phone. I cannot download an app to my phone.

The only way if your phone can’t download the PM app is to have a friend or family download on their phone and activate the SIM/create an account.

Once it is activated, have your friend logout of the app or delete the app. You can login to your account on the PM website to manage your account.

What is the make and model of your phone?

you can activate your account using somebodys cellphone and your email address and your payment card. When activation is successful, you install sim in your cell and you should be good to go. Have friend delete the app from his cell.

you need the PM app to activate. So, ask a friend to download the app for you and run the activation for you

but buy the sim card in person first. But the PM sim card from Telus or Koodo or MobileKlink stores for $10 or Amazon ( https://www.amazon.ca/Public-Mobile-Unlocked-Canadas-Subscription/dp/B0CD896ZZH )for $5 Then ask your friend to help after you got the sim card
