I just signed up yesterday through being referred by a friend. I don’t see my $25 credit for joining

You should only receive a $10 credit to your account within 72 hours. Then, the other $15 credit will arrive on your account within 45 days. Here's a link to read up on. Just a side note, the plan has to be a $29 plan or more.

we do not know how quick the funds will be added. Your friend go the $10 yet? but it should be within 45 days

Thanks for that information. I was speaking with an agent a couple days ago and they told me I should receive the credit without 3-5 business days if done correctly. They couldn’t even tell me if it was done correctly lol. Anyway I did receive the $10 so I guess it’s a waiting game now!

3 to 5 business days isn't the information that customer support agents should providing for the $15 credit. While it's entirely possible that could be the correct the timeframe, the official company line is the already mentioned 45 day time period.

same to me， I only get 10 dollars credit. The $15 dollars bonus did not show up in my account. It maybe will coming in after 44 days. 😔
