      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to close my account and end services with PublicMobile. I have tried everything but it seems there’s a bug with my log in. I’m unable to reach « My account ». Hence, I’m unable to stop the payments.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Please help me. &lt;SPAN&gt;I’m very frustrated right now!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;My next move will be to end my credit card but it’s gonna be a lot of things to manage…&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jean-François xxxxxxxx&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
