      <description>&lt;P&gt;you still have the old Telus sim card or esim there.&amp;nbsp; Remove or delete them.&amp;nbsp; Then reboot phone and Reset network settings&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/545656"&gt;@garwood&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did you move from Telus to PM.&amp;nbsp; Check if your Telus sim card still there and remove it.&amp;nbsp; If Telus' is an eSIM, disable it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings.&amp;nbsp; Go back and confirm if PM is now the only sim there.&amp;nbsp; Make sure it is set as Primary and Enabled (or turn on this line is toggled)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
