if you are asking for roaming in Germany, sorry, PM has no roaming service outside of US and Mexico

if you are talking about calling Germany, go to your My Account and buy this addon

"Europe plan" for roaming ? or receiving and make calls in Germany? sorry, PM has no roaming services there. Yo have to use mobile data sim and then use VoIP app to make calls.

@jansy Sorry public mobile only has roaming in the U.S. and MEX if your going to Germany best to get travel esim or buy local dat sim in Germany for your trip . But if you just need long distance mins to call Germany from Canada you can buy add on for that in your account website or app
