    <description>&lt;P&gt;Really difficult to believe you are overcharged for a year and you did not complain to agent nor in this forum.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe somebody is using your credit card without your knowledge and you just forgot you are paying for a friend/family member.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do not ask bank for a chargeback as you will be banned to use credit card at PM for a year.&lt;BR /&gt;Open a ticket and resolve issue with agent's help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
